All the youngsters we have welcomed aboard New Petra have thoroughly enjoyed their stay. However they can get bored easily and we try to keep travelling time to a minimum and give them structured activities while on the barge. The sample itinerary takes this into account.

The canal map of France, Belgium and Holland shows some of the places New Petra can visit - there are 8500 km of navigable waterways in France alone, and Prague is less than 10 days away. During term time schools can undertake projects of their choosing and arrange different groups on the outward and inward legs.

In September we are arranging a trip to Paris - about 5 days - mainly for reconnaissance purposes as we have a booking for next Spring.
